Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tbsp hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. – In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. – Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush the honey-hot sauce mixture evenly over the top.
4. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
5. – Remove from oven and sprinkle the feta cheese evenly over the top.
6. – Return to oven for 5 more minutes, until feta is melted.
