Ingredients
– 1 small honeydew melon, cubed
– 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
– 1 cup fresh basil leaves
– 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
