Description

Tender, caramelized Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts are an easy, flavor-packed side dish that’s ready in just 30 minutes. The sweet and tangy glaze transforms ordinary Brussels sprouts into a restaurant-quality side that’s perfect for weeknights or entertaining.

Ingredients

– 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 2 tbsp honey

– 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. – In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.

3. – Spread the sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

4. – Roast for 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway, until sprouts are tender and caramelized.

5. – Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

– For a more intense flavor, use a balsamic glaze or reduction instead of regular balsamic vinegar.

– Try adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or chopped nuts for extra texture and flavor.

– Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
