Ingredients
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup whole milk
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 1/2 cups diced fresh peaches
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions

3. – Pour the peach ice cream base into a shallow baking dish and place in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes for the first 2 hours, then every hour until completely frozen, about 4-6 hours total.
4. – Once frozen, scoop the ice cream into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
5. – Transfer the blended ice cream to a freezer-safe container and swirl in the cinnamon.
6. – Freeze for an additional 2-3 hours, or until firm.
7. – Serve the Homemade Peach Cobbler Ice Cream scoops in bowls or cones, garnished with fresh peach slices, if desired.
Notes
For a more pronounced cobbler flavor, you can add a crumbled streusel topping or pieces of homemade peach cobbler to the ice cream during the final blending process. This ice cream can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
