Description

Indulge in the chewy, flavorful goodness of homemade gummy bears! This easy recipe allows you to create a batch of irresistible, customizable treats in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

– 1 cup fruit juice (such as apple, grape, or berry)

– 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder

– 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

– 1/4 teaspoon natural flavoring (optional)

– Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. 1. Lightly grease a gummy bear mold or small silicone molds.

2. 2. In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice and gelatin. Let sit for 5 minutes to bloom the gelatin.

3. 3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.

4. 4. Remove from heat and stir in the honey or maple syrup, flavoring (if using), and a pinch of salt.

5. 5. Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared molds, filling them to the top.

6. 6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gummy bears are firm.

7. 7. Gently remove the gummy bears from the molds and enjoy!

Notes

– For different flavor variations, try using different fruit juices or adding a splash of vanilla extract.

– Store the gummy bears in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
