Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions
1. – Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. – In a food processor, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Pulse to mix.
3. – Add the cold, cubed butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. – Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped herbs.
5. – Gradually add the cold water and pulse until the dough just begins to come together.
6. – Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead briefly to bring it together.
7. – Roll the dough out to 1/8-inch thickness.
8. – Use a sharp knife or cookie cutter to cut the dough into desired shapes.
9. – Transfer the crackers to a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
