Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 2 tbsp butter

– 1 onion, diced

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

– 1 tsp garam masala

– 1 tsp ground cumin

– 1 tsp paprika

– 1 tsp chili powder

– 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. – In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.

2. – Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly browned.

3. – Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.

4. – Stir in the garam masala, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Cook for 1 minute.

5. – Pour in the tomato sauce and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

6. – Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7. – Serve hot over basmati rice, with naan bread on the side.
