Description

Healthy Deviled Eggs are a delicious, protein-packed twist on the classic appetizer. With just 4 simple ingredients, these creamy deviled eggs are easy to make and perfect for parties, meal prep, or a quick healthy snack.

Ingredients

– 12 large eggs

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

– 1/4 tsp paprika, plus more for garnish

Instructions

1. – Place the eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil over high heat.

2. – Once the water reaches a boil, remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 12 minutes.

3. – Drain the eggs and let cool completely, about 15 minutes.

4. – Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

5. – Gently remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.

6. – Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and 1/4 tsp paprika to the yolks. Mash and stir until smooth and creamy.

7. – Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

8. – Sprinkle the deviled eggs with additional paprika for garnish.

9. – Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

For a variation, try adding a small amount of chopped fresh herbs, such as chives or dill, to the yolk mixture. You can also experiment with different spices or condiments to customize the flavor.
