These incredible 10-minute ham sliders are the perfect mini sandwich bites, featuring savory ham and melted cheese on soft, fluffy buns. They make a delicious appetizer, snack, or easy lunch.
Ingredients
– 12 slider buns, split in half
– 1 lb diced ham
– 12 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
– 2 tbsp butter, melted
– 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. 2. Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
3. 3. Top each bun with a slice of cheese and some diced ham.
4. 4. Place the top buns over the ham and cheese.
5. 5. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds (if using).
