Description
These Halloween Eyeball Jello Shots are a spooky and delicious way to celebrate the spookiest time of year! The vibrant, jewel-toned jello is infused with vodka and features a realistic-looking eyeball embedded in the center for a truly creepy-cute effect.
Ingredients
– 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
– 1/2 cup cold water
– 1 cup boiling water
– 1/2 cup vodka
– 2-3 drops red food coloring
– 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
– 24 candy eyeballs
Instructions
1. – In a medium bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
2. – Add the boiling water and whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
3. – Stir in the vodka and food coloring until well combined.
4. – Carefully pour the jello mixture into 24 mini muffin cups or shot glasses, filling them about 3/4 full.
5. – Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jello is completely set.
6. – Melt the white chocolate chips in a small bowl in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
7. – Carefully place a candy eyeball in the center of each jello shot, using a small spoon to gently press it in and secure it with a small amount of the melted white chocolate.
8. – Refrigerate the jello shots for an additional 30 minutes to allow the white chocolate to set.
9. – Serve chilled and enjoy your spooky Halloween Eyeball Jello Shots!

– For a more intense color, you can add additional food coloring to the jello mixture.
