Description

Indulge in the delicate floral notes and refreshing lychee flavors of these homemade Gummy Rose Water & Lychee Jellies. Quick and easy to make, this recipe yields a restaurant-quality treat that’s perfect for gatherings, desserts, or anytime you crave a sweet, indulgent snack.

Ingredients

– 1 cup lychee juice

– 1/4 cup rose water

– 3 packets unflavored gelatin

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

1. – In a medium saucepan, combine the lychee juice and rose water. Sprinkle the gelatin over the top and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

2. – Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly until the gelatin has fully dissolved and the mixture is heated through, about 3-5 minutes.

3. – Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until dissolved.

4. – Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or silicone mold and pour the mixture into it.

5. – Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firmly set.

6. – Remove the jellies from the mold and cut into desired shapes or sizes.

Notes

– For a more intense rose flavor, add an extra tablespoon of rose water.

– Experiment with different mold shapes or pour the mixture into a shallow pan and cut into squares or rectangles.

– Store the jellies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
