Description

Indulge in the sparkling, fruity goodness of these easy, 5-minute Gummy Champagne Heart Jellies – a delightful bite-sized treat perfect for any celebration!

Ingredients

– 1 cup champagne

– 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin

– 1/2 cup fruit juice (such as apple, pear, or cranberry)

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. 1. In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the champagne and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.

2. 2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.

3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the fruit juice, sugar, and salt until combined.

4. 4. Carefully pour the mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.

5. 5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.

6. 6. Carefully remove the jellies from the molds and enjoy!

Notes

For a stronger champagne flavor, use a dry champagne. You can also experiment with different fruit juices to create unique flavor combinations. Store the gummy hearts in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
