Ingredients
– 1 lb flank steak
– 2 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
– 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. 2. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. 3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
