Ingredients
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 3 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
– 1 tsp lemon zest
– 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
– Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, lemon juice, melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
2. – Thread the marinated shrimp onto metal or wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
