Description

Indulge in the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and creamy with this easy Grilled Peaches with Burrata and Prosciutto recipe. Juicy, caramelized peach halves are topped with cool, creamy burrata cheese and salty prosciutto for a mouthwatering summer delight.

Ingredients

– 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

– 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces

– 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto

– 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

– 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

1. – Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.

2. – Place the peach halves, cut-side down, on the grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes until charred and slightly softened.

3. – Flip the peaches and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.

4. – Remove the grilled peaches from the grill and arrange them on a serving plate.

5. – Top each peach half with a piece of burrata cheese and a fold of prosciutto.

6. – Drizzle the peaches with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with fresh chopped basil.

7. – Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use ripe, in-season peaches. The balsamic glaze can be substituted with a balsamic reduction or aged balsamic vinegar. This dish can be served as an appetizer or a light summer dessert.
