Ingredients
– 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. – Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.
3. – Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
4. – Grill the chicken thighs, skin-side down, for 6-8 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden-brown.
5. – Flip the chicken and continue grilling for another 6-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
6. – Remove the chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken thighs in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for 30 minutes to 1 hour before grilling. You can also adjust the cooking time depending on the thickness of your chicken thighs.
