Ingredients

– 8 slices sourdough bread

– 8 slices cooked bacon

2. – Spread the softened butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

3. – Place 4 slices of bread, butter-side down, in the hot skillet.

4. – Top each slice with 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of bacon, and a few jalapeño slices.

5. – Place the remaining 4 slices of bread, butter-side up, on top to create 4 sandwiches.

6. – Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden-brown and the cheese is melted.

7. – Serve the Grilled Bacon-Jalapeño Cheese Sandwiches hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a milder flavor, use fewer jalapeño slices. Feel free to experiment with different cheese varieties as well.
