Ingredients
– Spring roll wrappers
– Shredded cabbage
– Shredded carrots
– Bean sprouts
– Garlic, minced
– Soy sauce
– Rice vinegar
– Sesame oil

Instructions
1. – In a bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.
2. – Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape. Place a spoonful of the veggie mixture near the bottom third of the wrapper.
3. – Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly into a cylinder.
4. – In a large skillet or wok, heat 2-3 inches of oil to 350°F. Carefully add the spring rolls and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
5. – Remove the spring rolls from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
6. – Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce, such as sweet chili or soy sauce.
