Description

Ingredients

– 12 mini bell peppers, halved and seeded

– 4 oz goat cheese, softened

– 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (such as thyme, parsley, or chives)

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/4 tsp salt

– 1/8 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. – Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. – In a small bowl, mix together the goat cheese, chopped herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. – Carefully spoon or pipe the goat cheese mixture into the hollowed-out mini bell pepper halves.

4. – Arrange the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
