Ingredients
– 12 Medjool dates, pitted
– 4 oz. goat cheese, softened
– 6 slices bacon, cut in half
– 2 tbsp. honey
– 1 tsp. fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. 2. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
3. 3. Stuff each date with about 1 tsp. of the softened goat cheese.
4. 4. Wrap each stuffed date with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
5. 5. Arrange the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
7. 7. In a small bowl, mix the honey and chopped rosemary.
8. 8. Drizzle the rosemary honey over the warm, baked dates.
