Ingredients
– 1 cup short-grain rice
– 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
1. – In a medium saucepan, combine the rice and coconut milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
2. – Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened, about 20-25 minutes.
