Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
– 1 onion, diced
– 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
– 2 celery stalks, sliced
– 8 cups chicken broth
– 8 oz wide egg noodles
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – In a large pot, sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger in a little oil until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
2. – Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
