Ingredients

– 1 pound ground chicken

– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 egg

– 1/4 cup milk

– 1 teaspoon dried parsley

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, panko, Parmesan, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
