Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
– 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp dried rosemary
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
