Ingredients
– 3 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. – In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.
3. – Thread the zucchini pieces onto metal or wooden skewers.
4. – Brush the zucchini skewers generously with the garlic butter mixture.
5. – Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the zucchini is tender and slightly charred.

Notes
