Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
– 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
– 1 batch of pretzel dough
– 1 egg, beaten
– Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, minced garlic, melted butter, and ranch seasoning. Mix well.
3. 3. Divide the pretzel dough into 16 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
4. 4. Use your thumb to make an indent in the center of each dough ball, then fill with the chicken mixture.
5. 5. Pinch the dough around the filling to completely enclose it, creating a sealed pretzel bite.
6. 6. Place the filled pretzel bites on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
