Ingredients

– 1 (16 oz) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough

– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup powdered sugar

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– Assorted fresh fruit (such as strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, blueberries)

– 1/2 cup apple jelly or apricot preserves, warmed


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Press the sugar cookie dough into a 12-inch circle on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.

2. – Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.

3. – In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

4. – Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.

5. – Arrange the assorted fresh fruit slices on top of the cream cheese layer.

6. – Brush the warm fruit jelly or preserves over the top of the fruit to glaze.
