Description

Indulge in a refreshing and guilt-free Frozen Yogurt Bark with Fresh Fruit. This easy-to-make treat features a creamy yogurt base topped with your favorite juicy berries, kiwi, or other seasonal fruits for a burst of freshness. Perfect as a healthy snack or dessert, it’s ready in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

– 2 cups Greek yogurt

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 1 cup mixed fresh berries (such as raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries)

– 1 kiwi, sliced

Instructions

1. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.

3. 3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to cover the entire surface.

4. 4. Arrange the mixed fresh berries and sliced kiwi on top of the yogurt in an even layer.

5. 5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely frozen.

6. 6. Once frozen, break or cut the bark into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt, as it will have a creamier texture when frozen. You can also experiment with other fresh fruit toppings, such as diced mango or pineapple. Store any leftover Frozen Yogurt Bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
