Ingredients

– 1/4 cup molasses

– 2 large eggs

– 1 cup cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.

2. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, ginger, and cinnamon.

3. – In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and molasses. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.

4. – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

5. – Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.

6. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely.
