Ingredients

– 12 small slider buns, split in half

– 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef

– 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved

– 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– 1/4 tsp dried oregano

– Salt and pepper to taste

For the Au Jus Dip:

– 1 cup beef broth

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

– 1/2 tsp dried thyme

– 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried oregano.

3. 3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with the butter mixture.

4. 4. Layer the roast beef and Swiss cheese slices on the bottom buns.

5. 5. Place the top buns on the sliders.

6. 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.

7. 7. Meanwhile, prepare the au jus dip. In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.

8. 8. Serve the French Dip Sliders warm, with the au jus dip on the side for dipping.
