Ingredients

– 3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

1. 1. Place the sliced cucumbers in a large bowl and use a potato masher or the bottom of a glass to gently smash them, leaving them slightly chunky.
