Ingredients
– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 limes, juiced
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 tsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 2 avocados, sliced
Instructions
1. 1. In a large resealable bag or shallow dish, combine the chicken, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
3. 3. Remove the chicken from the heat and top with the sliced avocado. Serve immediately.
