Description

This easy buffalo chicken dip is the ultimate game day, party, or snack recipe. It’s wonderfully creamy, perfectly spicy, and totally irresistible. Quick to make and sure to be a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

– 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. – In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, and hot sauce until well combined.

3. – Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using).

4. – Spread the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

5. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

6. – Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped chives.

7. – Serve immediately with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or other dippers.

Notes

– For a milder dip, use less hot sauce.

– Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.

– Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
