Ingredients
– 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked al dente and cooled
– 6 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tablespoons sour cream
– 1 tablespoon white vinegar
– 1 teaspoon sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. – Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool completely.
2. – In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled macaroni, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded romaine lettuce.
