Description

Delightfully creamy and flavorful, these Deviled Egg Flights are a classic appetizer that’s perfect for any occasion. Made with hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and a blend of spices, this easy-to-make finger food is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

– 12 hard-boiled eggs

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon white vinegar

– 1/4 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Chopped chives or parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

1. 1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.

2. 2. Carefully scoop out the yolks and transfer them to a mixing bowl.

3. 3. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash and mix until the filling is smooth and creamy.

4. 4. Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.

5. 5. Arrange the Deviled Egg Flights on a serving platter and garnish with chopped chives or parsley, if desired.
