Ingredients

– 2 lbs chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated

– 2 tbsp paprika

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1 tsp chili powder

– 1 tsp ground cumin

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.

3. – Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

4. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.

5. – Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy wings, pat the chicken dry with paper towels before seasoning. You can also use this dry rub on other proteins like chicken thighs or pork.
