Description

Creole Butter is a rich, flavorful compound butter that elevates any dish with its bold, complex flavors. This easy-to-make butter is perfect for topping grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or fresh bread.

Ingredients

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

– 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

1. – In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, Creole seasoning, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.

2. – Use a fork or a hand mixer to thoroughly mix the ingredients until well incorporated.

3. – Scoop the Creole Butter onto a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a log and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

4. – Slice the chilled Creole Butter and use it to top grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or crusty bread.

Notes

– For a spicier butter, use more Creole seasoning.

– The Creole Butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
