Ingredients
– 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
– 1 cup fresh cranberries
– 1/2 cup orange juice

– 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 2 tsp Dijon mustard
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. – Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until lightly browned.
