Description

Indulge in a light, fluffy Cottage Cheese Raspberry Mousse that’s quick, easy, and bursting with fresh raspberry flavor. This family-friendly dessert comes together in just 5 minutes for a delightful treat any time.

Ingredients

– 1 cup cottage cheese

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

– 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

2. – In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, raspberries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Gently fold the cottage cheese mixture into the whipped cream until well incorporated.

3. – Transfer the Cottage Cheese Raspberry Mousse to serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

4. – Garnish with additional fresh raspberries and a dusting of powdered sugar, if desired.

Notes

For a thicker, creamier mousse, use full-fat cottage cheese. Low-fat or non-fat cottage cheese will result in a lighter, fluffier texture. You can also use frozen raspberries in place of fresh.
