Description

Indulge in the creamy, comforting goodness of this traditional Corn Pudding Recipe. With its silky-smooth texture and rich, sweet corn flavor, this easy-to-make dish is the perfect side or dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

– 3 cups fresh corn kernels (about 5 ears)

– 3 large eggs

– 1 cup milk

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch baking dish.

2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and flour until well combined.

3. 3. Stir in the fresh corn kernels and salt, mixing until evenly distributed.

4. 4. Pour the corn pudding batter into the prepared baking dish.

5. 5. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

6. 6. Allow the corn pudding to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can use half-and-half or heavy cream instead of regular milk. To make the dish extra creamy, fold in a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
