Ingredients

– 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained

– 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 2 eggs, beaten

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, cheddar cheese, beaten eggs, melted butter, flour, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

3. 3. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and transfer the corn casserole mixture to it, spreading it out evenly.

4. 4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.

Notes

– For a creamier texture, use 1 1/2 cups of sour cream.
