Description

Ingredients

– 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

– 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. – In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, drained corn, melted butter, and sour cream. Mix well until fully incorporated.

3. – Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

4. – Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

5. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. – Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
