– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
1. – In a large skillet or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled, 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

3. – Pour in the milk, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup. Whisk to combine.
4. – Stir in the uncooked pasta, dried oregano, and smoked paprika. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
5. – Reduce heat to medium-low and let the pasta cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 12-15 minutes.
6. – Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well incorporated.
7. – Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. – Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
– For extra creaminess, you can add a splash of heavy cream or half-and-half along with the milk.
– Try using different types of cheese, such as Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack, for a flavor twist.
– Add in diced bell peppers or mushrooms for extra veggies.
