Ingredients

– 2 lbs frozen hashbrowns, thawed

– 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 1/4 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. – In a large bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.

3. – Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish.

4. – Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are crispy.

Notes
