Ingredients
– 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. – In a large bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Notes
For a more pronounced cinnamon flavor, increase the amount of ground cinnamon in the filling. These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
