Indulge in the ultimate Cinnamon Roll Casserole – a decadent and easy-to-make dish that’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet and cinnamon-y flavors in every bite.

Ingredients

– 1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated cinnamon rolls, halved

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup powdered sugar

– 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. – Arrange the halved cinnamon roll pieces in the prepared baking dish.

3. – In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.

4. – Drizzle the melted butter over the top.

5. – In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and milk, and beat until well combined.

6. – Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon rolls, then use a knife or spoon to gently swirl it into the rolls.

7. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.

8. – Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of light brown sugar. You can also add chopped pecans or walnuts to the top for extra crunch.
