Description

Indulge in a decadent, show-stopping Chocolate Covered Strawberry Bouquet that’s surprisingly easy to make! Juicy, ripe strawberries are dipped in rich, glossy chocolate and arranged in a beautiful bouquet display for a dessert that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Ingredients

– 1 lb fresh strawberries, washed and dried

– 12 oz high-quality semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

– 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)

– Skewers or lollipop sticks

– Vase or other tall, narrow container

Instructions

1. 1. In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chopped chocolate and coconut oil (if using) until smooth and pourable.

2. 2. Carefully dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.

3. 3. Carefully insert a skewer or lollipop stick into the bottom of each chocolate-coated strawberry.

4. 4. Arrange the chocolate-dipped strawberries in the vase or container, standing them upright and packing them closely together.

5. 5. Refrigerate the bouquet for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

6. 6. Serve chilled and enjoy this decadent, edible centerpiece!

Notes

For best results, use the freshest, ripest strawberries available. The chocolate can be tinted or swirled with different colors for a personalized look. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
