Ingredients

– 12 oz dark chocolate, chopped

– 1/2 cup caramel sauce

– 1 cup miniature marshmallows

– 2 tbsp whiskey

– 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled


Instructions

1. 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. 2. In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chopped dark chocolate, stirring frequently until smooth.

3. 3. Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

4. 4. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the chocolate and use a spoon to swirl it in.

5. 5. Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows over the top.

6. 6. Carefully drizzle the whiskey over the marshmallows.

7. 7. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon pieces over the top.

8. 8. Refrigerate the bark for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Notes

For a deeper caramel flavor, use a salted caramel sauce. You can also substitute other liquors, such as rum or bourbon, in place of the whiskey. Store the bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
