Ingredients
– 2 ripe avocados
– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
1. – In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

3. – Transfer the mousse to a serving bowl or individual ramekins. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
