Ingredients
– 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup dry white wine
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. 1. Dredge the chicken breasts in flour, shaking off any excess.
2. 2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. 3. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
